Abstracts/Poster information

The submission deadline was 10 February. An acceptance notification was sent to all submitters. The message mentions whether your abstract was accepted for poster presentation or for both a free communication & poster. If you did not receive this message, please contact the secretariat immediately.

The maximum size for the posters is 90 cm wide, and 150 cm high.

If you have to cancel your participation, please also let us know as soon as possible.

The presenter must have registered for the Satellite Conference. Presentation of an abstract by a delegate other than one of its authors may be allowed if he/she has registered for the Satellite and if permission has been granted by the main author and program chairs. Abstract presenters (non-scholarship awardees) may pay the early registration fee provided they register by 20 March 2017. Complimentary registration is provided to scholarship awardees, but they must register themselves as well!

Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation are responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentation, travel and accommodation during the congress. Upon request, the secretariat may provide a letter of invitation for immigration purposes only.

If your abstract cannot be presented, please contact the Secretariat before 10 March 2017 so that your abstract can be removed from the Abstract Book.

Two awards of USD 250 will be offered: one for the best overall poster, and one for the best poster from an author working within a developing world setting. Two awards will be available for the best Free Communications as well.

If you have any questions, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
